Two decades in the Nassau Valley

TheAppleton Estate 21 Year Old is the jewel of the distillery. Blended by Joy Spence from rums aged for a minimum of 21 years in American oak barrels. In tropical Jamaican climate, the angels' share is considerable—each bottle is a concentrate of the best of the Nassau Valley's terroir.

The pinnacle of Jamaican rum

The nose is masterfully deep : bitter orange, ancient vanilla, tobacco, bitter cocoa, fine leather, noble spices and precious woods. The palate is sumptuous and velvety: ancient caramel, dried fruit, liquorice, coffee and a funky Jamaican character sublimated by age. The final is endless and majestic. A monument of world rum, to be enjoyed neat.

Appleton

The first production of rum at Domaine Appleton dates back to 1749. However, the origins of the estate date back to 1655, when the English took Jamaica from the Spanish.
