A 100% Jamaican blend

True to its philosophy, La Compagnie des Indes produces rums without additives or artifice. This aged rum is made from an exclusive blend of four Jamaican distilleries, all renowned for their Pot Still production. This traditional distillation method gives rum a unique aromatic power and a beautiful complexity.

A fruity and gourmet profile

The nose reveals generous aromas of banana and stone fruits, such as mirabelle plum and apricot. On the palate, intense notes of alcohol-laden fruit develop, with a marked presence of apricot and grape. The finish, balanced and greedy, reveals touches of honey and toasted bread, bringing a nice length.

Awarded a bronze medal at the International Rum Conference in Madrid in 2017, this rum is a real invitation to explore the world of Jamaican rums. Ideal for pure tasting or in cocktails, it will seduce both amateurs and connoisseurs.

Nose : Nez sur des notes de banane Fraiche, fleur de sureau, camomille, abricot sec et mirabelle.

Palate : Bouche proche d’une eau de vie de fruit, de la poire williams, très fraiche et élégante. Avec de l’abricot et des raisins sec.

Finish : Finale sèche mais maitrisée, avec un bel équilibre.

The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France. Compagnie des Indes rums, whether bottled in Single Casks or assembled to bring out the typicality and qualities of each destination, are selected with great rigor.
