Our tasting notes for Jamaica - 15 years old (Hampden)

Nose : Nez extrêmement expressif, dans la tradition des rhums jamaïcain « Heavy Pot Still » à longue fermentation, des arômes de raisins secs, un coté crémeux.

Palate : En bouche, il s’agit d’une explosion de saveurs, toujours sur les raisins secs, le fruit de la passion et les amandes grillées.

Finish : Finale droite et précise, où l’on retrouve la présence des amandes grillées.

The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France.
