The Cellar Master of the Mezan house has carefully selected the age and ester content of the rums chosen so that the tropical flavors of Jamaican rum are highlighted as beautifully as possible. Each unique batch of Mezan XO is blended in barrels for some time before bottling, in order to encourage the marriage of flavours and to improve the structure and subtlety of the rum.
