The Monymusk distillery, located in the parish of St. Catherine, in the south of Jamaica, is one of the oldest plantations on the island. Famous for its rich and expressive rums, Monymusk uses locally produced molasses to craft spirits that reflect Jamaica's terroir and the island's ancestral know-how.

Distilled in 2007, this rum has been aged for 9 years in a single cask, carefully selected by Kill Devil, a brand of the independent Scottish bottler Hunter Laing. This Single Cask has given birth to a limited edition of 376 bottles, a real treasure for lovers of rare rums.
