An exceptional white rum with a high degree

Habitation Velier Forsyths White Rum 151 Proof 2nd release is a pure product of the Jamaican distillery Worthy Park. Distilled in 2017, it comes from a "pot still with double retort" still made by Forsyths and installed in 2005. This rum with an alcohol content of 75.5° is faithful to the Jamaican tradition of high-strength bottling. Its exceptional fermentation of 3 months, well beyond the norm, generates a high level of non-alcoholic elements of 597.3 gr/hlpa, guaranteeing deep and complex aromas.

A powerful rum for discerning amateurs

With its aromatic power and high alcohol content, this rum is best enjoyed dry for the most experienced. However, it can be sweetened with a little water or used as a base in Tiki cocktails , where it expresses all its richness.
