Our tasting notes for Jamaica 12 years Single Cask (New Yarmouth Distillery)

Nose : Nez sur des notes d’olives noi res , d’ananas victoria flambées ou encore les fruits exotiques. Nous sommes clairement devant un rhum puissant et complexe.

Palate : En bouche, c’est l ’explosion, sur des fruits à coques torréfiées (noix de cajou, cacahuète) et l ’orange confite.

Finish : Son côté High proof (55°) lui apporte une richesse et une structure aromatique persistante en bouche.

Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France. Compagnie des Indes rums, whether bottled in Single Casks or assembled to bring out the typicality and qualities of each destination, are selected with great rigor.
