Our tasting notes for Worthy Park 2007

Nose : Onctueux, le premier nez est marqué par des notes de mandarine et de fleur d'oranger. Longiligne, il évolue sur le bâton de réglaisse et le chocolat noir

Palate : L'attaque en bouche met l'accent sur la pureté du distillat. Exotique (goyave), elle est également épicée (gingembre, cannelle), florale et minérale.

Finish : Très dense, la finale est marquée par des notes de cordage mouillé. Son registre tertiaire est de toute beauté (cèpe, mousse)

It should be noted that all the cuvées of theHabitation Velier, are reputed to be without added sugar, coloring, or flavors.
