Our tasting notes for Jamaica 11 years old (Clarendon Distillery)

Nose : a generous nose, full of strong fruity and floral aromas: William pear, elderflower, rose and vineyard peach

Palate : this William pear aroma shows up again in the mouth, well-married with a vanilla hint, just like a fresh-out-of-the-oven, warm and sweet, dessert, served with its delicious melted chocolate

Finish : straight, on pear notes, lemongrass, vervain and white pepper

La Compagnie des Indes

Compagnie des Indes rums are made with care and elegance. The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France. Compagnie des Indes rums, whether bottled in Single Casks or assembled to bring out the typicality and qualities of each destination, are selected with great rigor.
