Our tasting notes for Jamaica 11 years old (Clarendon Distillery) High Proof

Nose : ample smells of flowers emanate from this rum in a creamy and smooth way

Palate : wide range of delicious flavors, in osmosis with the suave nose: white flowers and white-fleshed fruits such as pear or peach, and some rock candies bringing a tutti-frutti taste

Finish : a rum with powerful esters, aromas that are desired until the end of the mouth

The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France.
