1947 - 70th anniversary Velier - 2017

The Worthy Park Single Estate Reserve 70th Velier is aged for 6 to 10 years in American oak barrels previously used for bourbon. This prolonged aging under the Jamaican sun generates a loss of rum by evaporation of more than 71%. This rum has a complex, powerful and deep aromatic profile that is reminiscent of a single malt whisky.

The Worthy Park estate is located in the parish of St. Catherine at 1,200 feet above sea level, in a valley called "the Valley of the Lluidas," surrounded by mountains.
