Its genesis begins with a careful selection of Jamaican distillates, accentuating the balance between power and lightness. Transported to France, it flourishes thanks to a unique ageing: first in bourbon barrel, then in French oak, and finally perfected in a fine-grained barrel. Meticulously blended by Jérôme Tessendier, each sip reveals floral, fruity and spicy notes, crowned by a gourmet finish.
