A powerful and expressive rum

The result of the work of independent bottler Hubert Corman, this rum is a testament to the richness of traditional Jamaican rums. Aged for 16 years, it develops a remarkable intensity and complexity, driven by a concentration of esters characteristic of Clarendon rums.

An explosive flavour profile

The nose reveals an explosion of ripe fruit, yellow peach, pineapple and melon, evolving into notes of fruit in syrup and spices. On the palate, the attack is dry and powerful, with roasted, woody and resinous touches. The candied fruits bloom in a gourmet texture reminiscent of plumbing cream. The finish, long and pastry, extends the experience with nuances of currants and slightly vanilla cream.
