Doubly controlled ageing

Distilled in 2000, this rum first rested for 18 years in oak barrels in the tropical climate of Jamaica. It was then transferred to Switzerland for a two-year maturation in Oloroso Sherry casks, bringing depth and richness to its aromatic profile. This unique process gives this vintage a remarkable complexity.
