1802 bar in Paris Distilled in stil jar in mars 2019, this rum contains more than 1500 grams of esters per hectoliter of pure alcohol, knowing the Jamaican prohibits any production above 1600 gr / hlap. This rum therefore bears the DOK mark. This high ester, which is normally used in small concentrations in Jamaican rum blends, travelled to Denmark in SBS cellars - 1423.dk to be aged for two years until bottling in November 2021.
