Aged in bourbon barrels, they were then matured between 1 1/2 and 2 years in barrels containing Indian Pale Ale beer known as IPA. Its particularity lies in its very fragrant style marked by a bitterness of its own. This version of Chichibu then acquires sweet notes of nutmeg with a beautiful finish on aromas of spices and a slight bitterness.
