Kirin

True Japanese whiskies are as rare as they are acclaimed. However, some nuggets were still missing on the French market: this is the case of Kirin whisky, made at the foot of Mount Fuji within the Fuji Gotemba distillery which controls the entire production process. The distillery, belonging to the Kirin group known in France for its eponymous Japanese beer, was established in 1970 and began distilling in 1973.
