The 2019 Chichibu Paris Edition is a blend of seven barrels, including a hogshead with a Japanese oak head (Mizunara) and six bourbon barrels. Aged for more than six years, this whisky develops exceptional depth and serenity. Its exotic fruity and floral notes make it a whisky that is both bewitching and dynamic, while the spicy register brings a certain nobility. The whole is magnified by a delicate touch of peat, offering a perfect balance between sweetness and complexity.
