More precisely, it features a peat that knows how to be very present when necessary and that also knows how to be more discreet at other key moments of the tasting. Among other charms, we will remember in particular a fruity overflowing with vitality, a diaphanous smoke and an exhilarating delicacy.

The distillery produces a whole range of malts allowing the group's master blender to practice his art: sherry & sweet, woody & vanillic, fruity & estery. Indeed, we seek here to produce different profiles of single malts, not or slightly peat, from the fruitiest to the most spicy, thanks in particular to a wide variety of yeasts. To accentuate the effect, long fermentations are carried out before distillation. The whiskey is then put in barrels that have contained either sherry or bourbon and even in new American oak barrels.
