Designed with artisanal rigor, the William & Rum Swell de Spirits - Barbarigo Pear liqueur combines a carefully selected pear brandy with a seven-year-old tropical molasses rum. The blend, entirely natural, respects the pure expression of the ingredients. This liqueur is made without added flavouring, in accordance with artisanal traditions, in order to guarantee a perfect balance between freshness, sweetness and depth. It offers a high-end alternative to classic liqueurs, in line with an approach of naturalness and refinement.
Tasting notes
On the nose, the aromas of fresh and caramelized pear evoke a warm tart. On the palate, the texture is delicate, revealing a harmony between fruit and rum. The finish, persistent and elegant, mixes stewed pears, spicy touches and pastry accents, for a subtly gourmet tasting.
