Artisanal production at the heart of the project

This liqueur illustrates the know-how of Swell de Spirits, based on a rigorous selection of apricot brandy and a long maceration of fruit. The blend with molasses rum brings structure and balance. Each stage of production is mastered in order to preserve the authenticity of the raw materials and guarantee a spirit faithful to an artisanal approach.

A greedy and structured aromatic richness

The nose reveals aromas of ripe, roasted and slightly caramelized apricot, accompanied by nuances of jam, sweet almond, honey and salted butter caramel. On the palate, the texture is ample and velvety, carried by notes of stewed and candied apricot, supported by a spicy framework brought by the rum. The finish, long and warm, extends flavours of dried apricot, shortcrust pastry and brown caramel, with a lingering elegance.

To be enjoyed neat, on ice or integrated into refined cocktails, this apricot and rum liqueur offers many possibilities. It is also expressed as a long drink, especially associated with a tonic, revealing all its aromatic complexity and balance.
