This is the second Lady Jeanne Atlantique who comes from a single distillery on the island of Madeira. This rum comes from the agricultural method, distilled from fresh cane juice.

The cane is harvested by hand, it is then pressed in one of the few presses that still works with steam, to be distilled into a Creole-type column.
