This rum takes its name from the glass container in which it was matured, a 34-liter demijohn. This rare process makes it possible to round out its structure while preserving the purity and intensity of the aromas of the sugar cane.

A tasting full of character

With a crystalline and fatty texture, this rum reveals an attack on the nose marked by the freshness of the cane, accompanied by lemony and peppery notes. On the palate, the amplitude of exotic fruits blends with a spicy, slightly smoky finish, where lemon brings a vibrant and refined touch.
