With this cuvée, Père Labat continues its exploration of the unique terroirs of Marie-Galante. The plot of La Salabotte, hidden and preserved, offers a cane of great elegance, nourished by a black soil, conducive to optimal ripening.

A rum of remarkable finesse

With a crystalline and brilliant colour, this rum opens with a nose where coconut and sugar cane dominate, before evolving towards herbaceous notes and a slightly liquorice texture. On the palate, this aromatic richness continues with a subtly bitter touch and melted spices on the finish, bringing balance and complexity.
