Bielle Vintage 2001 - Barrel 63

This Bielle 2001 Single Cask comes from cask n°63, one of 12 barrels carefully chosen by the importer (La Maison du Whisky).

Located at an altitude of 110 meters on a plateau of the island located near Guadeloupe, the distillery uses for this rum cane that comes from the estate belonging to the distillery and the surrounding land exploited by partner producers. The mode of locomotion to transport the cane from the places of production to the distillery is essentially the ox cart.

Bottled as is when it comes out of the barrel, i.e. without the addition of spring water to reduce the alcohol content, this agricultural rum has been aged for 14 years in old bourbon barrels under the tropical heat of the island of Marie-Galante.

The number of bottles produced from this cask is only 62 .
