An exceptional project by Vittorio Capovilla

The RhumRhum - Libération - 2010 vintage is the result of the know-how of Vittorio Capovilla, an Italian master distiller recognized for his expertise in grappa. Produced at the Bielle distillery in Guadeloupe, this agricultural rum is distilled in a custom-designed Bain-Marie still to capture all the purity of fresh cane juice.

Ageing in Sauternes barrels

Aged for nearly three years exclusively in Sauternes barrels, this RhumRhum - Libération - 2010 vintage is distinguished by an unequalled complexity and aromatic richness. The choice of these barrels gives the rum subtle and sweet notes, marked by a touch of sweet wine.
