Made from fresh hand-harvested canes, it crossed the Atlantic by the force of the wind on the sailboat "Lun II" in bourbon barrels. The more than 70 days of sea crossing have given this rum a unique finish.

The TOWT rum presents tonic notes of white fruits, vanilla flower, honeysuckle, while having the woody roundness of its original oak and a velvet with notes of honey and bourbon, which comes from its exceptional maturation, with an iodized finish. Its power is assumed, consubstantial with an authentic agricultural rum, which thus rediscovers, through its transport, disappeared flavors, true trademarks of the organoleptic approach of TOWT. It is reduced to 50° with water from the Monts d'Arrée and bottled in Breton Cornouaille.

Each bottle is numbered and contains the cask number that contained it, as well as its bottling date.

It is a rum called "Sun", the crew of the TOWT transported it at 60% with roll, pitch, cottage that allow a permanent stick and increased physical contact with the wood.
