We are here in the presence of the brand's flagship selection: the Carafe 1821! The vintage presented is from 2008, a 10-year-old rum that enjoyed a longer maturation time than previous versions of the Carafe 1821, which were 6 or 10 years old.

Time has left its mark on this nectar, which has developed new scents and original flavors that remain in the mouth for a long time. In particular, notes of roasted pineapple and hazelnut are present.

With its sparkling colors, frank orange and cobalt green, the Bellevue distillery stands out in the Marie-Galantaise countryside. Depending on whether the canes are high or low, it can be seen from more or less far, adjoining a superb and authentic restored windmill, the only turning point still in the West Indies.
