Our tasting notes for Bielle 2013 6 years

Nose : Un nez digne de rhums plus âgés ! Sur le sucre de canne, les épices comme la cannelle, la noix de muscade et les fruits exotiques. Des notes de cola, de gingembre, de vanille, de caramel.

Palate : Fraîche sur le sucre de canne, qui évolue sur l'aspect végétal de la canne, un rhum "punchy" sur le palais, légèrement épicé et mentholé, qui évolue vers le poivre et le piment.

Finish : Persistante, fraîche et végétale sur les épices et le caramel, une pointe de mangue et la générosité de la saveur vanillée.
