Aged in 2005 and bottled without filtration in 2012, it was distilled in Savalle columns typical of Bielle. It was then aged until 2011 in 3 bourbon barrels to finally be matured in Pedro Ximénez barrels.

The Bielle Distillery was founded at the end of the nineteenth century. it produces one of the best rum in the world in Grand-Bourg on the island of Marie-Galante in Guadeloupe.
