An agricultural rum with an authentic character

From the Bielledistillery, this young amber rum benefits from careful ageing in foudres and bourbon barrels, giving it a beautiful aromatic complexity. Its lack of cold filtration and natural color preserve the integrity of its flavors, providing an authentic tasting experience.

A delicately structured aromatic profile

On the nose, it reveals a freshness marked by cane juice and dry candy sugar, enhanced by notes of candied citrus. The aeration brings an additional roundness, giving way to a softer and pepperier rod. On the palate, sweetness dominates, with a slightly candied vecou, coated with sweet spices and a youthful woodiness. The finish extends the experience with citrus zest, accompanied by a subtle bitterness of lime.
