Made from pure cane juice and distilled in a Creole column, it benefits from a long rest of 3 years in oak barrels. This rum embodies the excellence of the traditional distillation of Marie-Galante. Its ageing in wood softens its power while preserving the authenticity and freshness of the sugar cane, for a harmonious and accessible profile.

A subtle balance between freshness and indulgence

On the nose, the cane turns into marshmallow, mixing fresh and tangy notes with a hint of milky strawberry. After aeration, aromas of tanned leather and almond nougat appear. On the palate, the cane resumes its liveliness with herbaceous, spicy flavours and accents of sweet red fruits. The finish is soft and light, marked by notes of cane sugar and butterscotch. An ideal rum for tasting neat or in ti' punch.
