The Bielledistillery, located in Grand-Bourg on the island of Marie-Galante, a dependency of Guadeloupe, is renowned for producing some of the most expressive white rums in the French West Indies. At 59%, this agricultural rum distilled in a Creole column from pure cane juice offers a considerable aromatic power that has made the reputation of the island.

An exceptional white

The nose is intense and explosive: fresh cane, aromatic herbs, white pepper, citrus fruits and green olive. The palate is powerful but controlled, with flavours of concentrated exotic fruits, licorice, ginger and saline minerality. The finish is long and spicy. This 50cl format is ideal for discovering this exceptional white rum. Perfect for a high-flying Ti-Punch or as a base for cocktails where the power of rum must be fully expressed.
