Here it is at last "restyled", accessible to the most discerning palates. The result of a blend of agricultural rums and sweets (molasses), it captures the typical essence of fresh Marie-Galantaise canes, in a unique unbridled style... Unconstrained by the framework imposed on it by the appellation " Rhum Agricole " from which it does not benefit, it has been shaped to exalt aromas of dried and candied fruits, more turned on prune flesh, notes of raisins where a deep woodiness subtly blends with notes of beeswax, cinnamon and bitter orange peel on a patinated sweetness. A rum with a pastry character of beautiful finesse.

With its sparkling colors, frank orange and cobalt green, the Bellevue distillery stands out in the Marie-Galantaise countryside. Depending on whether the canes are high or low, it can be seen from more or less far, adjoining a superb and authentic restored windmill, the only turning point still in the West Indies.
