Over the years, new vintages have been discovered, offering new variations of this sublime ageless agricultural rum , which embodies French tradition. Each of these variations expresses a unique facet of this timeless rum. After prolonged ageing in oak barrels in the distillery's cellars, this cuvée distilled in 2010 is presented ten years later, with a beautiful characteristic amber colour and all the flavours given to it by its contact with the noble wood of the barrel. Each copy of this precious decanter, available in limited edition, is numbered after being bottled by hand.

With its sparkling colors, frank orange and cobalt green, the Bellevue distillery stands out in the Marie-Galantaise countryside. Depending on whether the canes are high or low, it can be seen from more or less far, adjoining a superb and authentic restored windmill, the only turning point still in the West Indies.
