This rum expresses itself on notes of shortbread dough, juicy citrus and lime zest We find the pastry notes of intense and gourmet lemon meringue pie but also more vegetal notes of freshly cut sugar cane . The finish on a note of candy sugar stick, leaves a heady sweet heat that makes you forget the degrees.
