Our tasting notes for Vintage 2014 Brut de barrel 7 years 57.8°

Nose : Riche et ample sous l’influence du fût de Bourbon, extrait de vanille, boisblanc, coco ainsi qu’une subtile amertume (pamplemousse).

Palate : Ample et incisive sur la vivacité de l’agrume ainsi que sur le girofle, écorcesd’oranges amères, pommes au four, vanille, le bois confère une certaine fraîcheur.

Finish : Elle est longue sur le citron vert, les épices douces et le pâtissier d’un baba Bielle.
