A rum between tradition and modernity: Neisson - Balance Profile

Neisson - Profil Équilibre is the result of a bold blend that reflects the expertise of one of Martinique's smallest agricultural distilleries. Founded in 1932, the Neisson distillery is nestled at the foot of Mount Pelée, offering ideal conditions for the cultivation of sugar cane. This unique terroir, combining sandy soils and volcanic rocks, gives the rum a rare complexity. The blend of profiles 62, 105 and 107 reveals a rum with fresh herbaceous aromas, enhanced by notes of lime, with an exotic fruity touch. Its particularity lies in its nuances that evoke, at times, a gustatory walk in the Scottish Spey Valley. Finally, the bottle of this limited edition is sublimated by the Martinican artist Carole Aurore, offering a visual at the height of the sensory experience. A rum to be savoured for its finesse and audacity.

Since its creation in 1931, the Neisson distillery has preserved in the purest Martinican tradition the components of a rum with incomparable flavors and taste. Packaged in a bottle with generous shapes, reasonable among all: "Zépol Karé" as the amateurs say, our rums are the result of a know-how constantly renewed from the cane fields to the aging cellars.
