Aged in Bourbon barrels in the house's cellars, it reflects the expertise of Cellar Master Daniel Baudin. This rum with an amber colour with golden reflections reveals intense aromas of spices, precious woods, and macerated fruits such as plum and candied orange, embellished with touches of honey. Nose : Il révèle un nez puissant, intense et parfumé, marqué par des arômes d’épices et de bois précieux, avant d’évoluer vers des notes de fruits macérés, de prunes, d’orange confite et de miel.

Palate : Sa bouche est à la fois, suave tonique et fortement minérale. Les épices explosent en bouche et les saveurs de bois de cèdre et de tabac brun se mêlent aux notes de fruits macérés.

Finish : La finale est très longue, très aromatique et affiche à la fois puissance et fraîcheur.
