A committed collaboration

The result of a partnership between the J.M distillery and the Confrérie du Rhum, Rhum J.M - Rhum Blanc Bio Cuvée Confrérie du Rhum reflects a common requirement for exceptional spirits. Made from blue cane from organic farming, this rum illustrates a strong desire to enhance the Martinique terroir while respecting the environment.

Controlled breeding

Harvested in 2022, this AOC Martinique agricultural rum was brewed for nearly three years in stainless steel vats, before being bottled in May 2025. This process, rare for a white rum, promotes slow oxygenation which refines its texture and reveals all its aromatic complexity. The result: a rum with an alcohol content of 58.2% vol., powerful but perfectly balanced.

Refined expression

Its long maturation gives it a silky texture and great elegance. Each element, from the raw material to the care of ageing, contributes to a faithful expression of the Macouba terroir, for a white rum of character and precision.

Rhum J.M

Located in the north of the island of Martinique and at the foot of Mount Pelée, the Rhumerie J.M distills and raises old J.M. rums. It was in 1914 that Jean-Marie Martin, who gave his name to JM rums, sold the property to Gustave Crassous de Médeuil.
