An exceptional refinement by Habitation Clément

Made from agricultural rum aged for four years in Bourbon barrels, this single cask is matured for 12 months in ex-Bas-Armagnac barrels from the renowned Domaine d'Ognoas. This double ageing allows a rare encounter between two spirituous heritages, where the assertive character of Martinique rum is enriched by subtle notes brought by the Gascon eau-de-vie.

A limited-edition artisanal signature

The result of the meticulous work of Julien Thimon, cellar master of the Clémenthouse, this cuvée expresses the art of ageing as a field of sensory experimentation. Bas-Armagnac brings delicate aromas of fresh grapes and roasted coffee to the rum, giving this edition a singular dimension. Produced in only 417 bottles, it bears witness to a demanding artisanal approach.
