History of the distillery

At the Habitation Beauséjour, in Grand'Rivière in the north of Martinique, HBS cultivates a vision of agricultural rum focused on authenticity and precision. On volcanic soils and as close as possible to the plots, the house promotes cane varieties and traditional processes in the service of an original spirit.

The HBS – Cuvée Rouge Vanille 2025 combines two monovarietal agricultural rums made from the " canne Rouge " and the "canne Vanille". Fermentation conducted separately, distillation in a still, then meticulous blending reveal a surprising aromatic richness, carried by a volcanic terroir. A modern expression of an artisanal distillery, this cuvée highlights the identity of the cane varieties, for a precise reading of Martinique rum. It can be enjoyed as a pure tasting or as a long drink refined in order to preserve the character of the blend.
