This rum is made from a selection of the oldest vintages of the Habitation since 1960. A remarkable rum in a woody register, this eau-de-vie is the culmination of a complex research where each step has been well mastered. Softness, charm and velvetiness are the hallmarks of "one of the most beautiful spirits of the moment".

Note from the Master Rum Maker of theHabitation Saint Etienne : "It has a superb amber colour with a noble nose of extreme richness. Pronounced notes of cocoa, mocha and blond tobacco, enhanced by nice touches of spices: black pepper and nutmeg."
