Trois Rivières Confluences 1977 – 2000 – 2001
A Martinican heritage shaped by time
From the famous Trois Rivières distillery, located in Sainte-Luce, Martinique, Trois Rivières - Confluences 1977 – 2000 – 2001 is part of a tradition of excellence specific to agricultural rums. This emblematic estate, marked by the influence of the trade winds and the tropical climate, produces rums where time and wood play a central role in the aromatic construction.
A rare blend of exceptional vintages
This confidential cuvée is based on the meeting of three vintages: 2000, 2001 and a Hors d'Âge from 1977. This precise blending work gives birth to a rum of great complexity, produced in only 500 numbered bottles. The ageing in barrels gives the whole a deep structure, marked by the imprint of the wood and a beautiful maturity.
Structured and elegant flavour profile
At the tasting, this rum reveals a lively attack, quickly enveloped by woody notes evoking precious wood and cigars. The evolution on the palate reveals fruity nuances of candied citrus, prolonged by a finish with accents of gingerbread. The balance between intensity and finesse makes it a spirit intended for tasting, revealing all the richness of Martinique's know-how.
