A family distillery in the heart of Martinique

Founded in 1842, the La Favorite distillery remains one of the last independent houses in Martinique to operate on steam. This living heritage perpetuates a traditional know-how, combining patience, high standards and passion for the production of exceptional rums. Each cuvée testifies to the Dormoy family's deep attachment to the authenticity of their land and the quality of their sugar cane.

A rare vintage, twenty years of maturation

Made from pure cane juice distilled in a Creole still , the 2002 vintage rested for two decades in carefully selected oak barrels. This long ageing gives the rum a remarkable complexity, where fruity, spicy, liquorice and chocolate aromas intertwine. Presented in a limited edition, each numbered bottle sealed with red wax testifies to the exclusivity of this cuvée.
