An emblematic signature of Martinique

From the HSE distillery in Martinique, this agricultural rum is made from pure sugar cane juice, then distilled in a Creole column in order to preserve all the aromatic richness of the raw material. Without ageing, it rests in stainless steel vats which stabilises its aromas while retaining its natural liveliness. Presented in a 3-litre cube, it is aimed at both demanding amateurs and establishments looking for a spirit with character.

Flavour profile and character

With a crystalline colour, it reveals pretty fruity and floral scents on the nose, enhanced by a subtle peppery note. On the palate, its power at 55° is accompanied by a remarkable freshness. The finish, surprisingly long for a white rum, confirms its balance and typicity, making this rum a must in traditional preparations.
