The vintage Bally signature

The J. Bally house, founded by Jacques Bally in 1917 in Le Carbet, was a pioneer in the bottling and ageing of Martinique rums. This 2002 vintage perpetuates this tradition of excellence. Distilled at the beginning of the twenty-first century, it has benefited from a long ageing in the Martinique cellars, developing a complex and nuanced aromatic palette.

Elegance and precision

The nose is expressive and refined: fine wood, vanilla, dried fruit, chocolate and spices. The palate is elegant and structured, with notes of caramel, blond tobacco, nuts and soft leather. The finish is long and harmonious. This vintage embodies the Bally style — precision, elegance and complexity — and is a beautiful addition to any Martinique rum collection .
