J. Bally's 7 Year Old is the beating heart of the range, an old rum aged for seven years in the cellars of Carbet. Presented in the iconic pyramidal bottle created by Jacques Bally himself, it has become a symbol of Martinique rum around the world. Seven years of tropical ageing give it remarkable complexity and depth.

The must-have classic

The nose is rich and elegant: toasted wood, bourbon vanilla, dark chocolate, candied fruit and warm spices. The palate is ample and structured, with flavours of caramel, coffee, sweet tobacco, nuts and liquorice. The finish is long and persistent. A high quality old rum that has made the reputation of the house and remains a must in any Martinique rum cellar .
