The J. Bally 12 Year Old is the jewel in the house's age range. Twelve years of maturation in the cellars of Carbet, at the foot of the Pitons du Carbet, have allowed this agricultural rum to reach exceptional complexity and concentration. La Part Des Anges considerable in the tropics makes each bottle all the more valuable.

Majestic Depth

The colour is a deep amber. The nose is monumental: precious woods, bitter cocoa, candied black fruits, leather, tobacco and ancient spices. The palate is of considerable breadth , with flavours of liquorice, ancient caramel, nuts, roasted coffee and dried fig. The finish is endless and of a rare nobility. A great meditation rum that justifies its long ageing every year and ranks among the most beautiful Martinican rums.
