The withe rums coming from this single cask have been distilled from sugar cane from Godinot’s plateau in a really weak rainy period, giving the canes a record sugar content superior to 23.
The rums have been reduced and then aged from the 8 of April 2004 in former bourbon barrels from the distillery Buffalo Trace which each could contain 195 liters.
Four barrels numbered from 1 to 4 have been transferred in July 2011 and then reduced to 42.7% volume and bottled in October 2011.
